Our vision is to lead impactful sustainable business transformation both locally and regionally. We aim to deliver sustainable value across all the territories we operate in, focusing on minimising our environmental footprint, fostering a circular economy, and enhancing social equity. Our approach ensures that as we grow regionally, we continue to align our efforts with globally recognised standards, creating a balanced path between economic success, social well-being and environmental stewardship.
We take a comprehensive approach to ESG by integrating three key frameworks: a risk-based management strategy, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), and a double materiality assessment—addressing both our impact on society and the environment, as well as financial relevance.
Guided by these frameworks, we’ve established a clear ESG strategy and governance structure that defines responsibilities for the implementation and oversight of initiatives. Measurable KPIs are set for each material issue, leveraging existing data to drive accountability.
These KPIs are embedded into our operations and culture through cross-functional collaboration and employee training. We continuously monitor and report on progress, ensuring our strategy evolves with changing ESG trends, market dynamics, and stakeholder expectations.
PBG has defined 5 strategic focus areas under three main themes; Environment, Social and Governance.
