With 𝟑,𝟎𝟔𝟎 𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐄𝐓 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝟐𝟓,𝟎𝟓𝟎 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞, the World Without Waste Consumer Awareness Program has crossed its own records‼️We have collected 𝟏𝟎 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐰𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐜 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏.

Having also reached 𝟓 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬, we believe that the message is clear: Mauritians do want a cleaner Mauritius 🇲🇺 . They do want to find solutions to plastic waste. Our aim is to facilitate this process as much as we can. While we have targeted the North-West and the South-East throughout Phase II, our objective is to target more regions of the island in Phase III .As we continue our journey throughout Mauritius, our vision is make more impact in Mauritians and create more awareness on the importance of sorting bins.

The Coca-Cola & PhoenixEarth Initiative teams thank all the partners who made this event a success: We-Recycle, Mauritius, Mission Verte & New Invaders Club. Most importantly, we would like to thank each and everyone who took the time to collect their plastic bottles. Some came with hands full of bottles, others with garbage bags and even containers of plastic bottles. Every contribution counts and each of these bottles will be recycled responsibly.
