History

Polypet, founded in 2004, is a recycling enterprise which collects plastic waste in Mauritius. It is specialized in upcyling plastic waste into granules (flakes) which are reconverted into synthetic fibers. Synthetic fibers are then used to make yarns, pillows, car seats, T-shirts, blankets, quilts.
