Quality Education

We promote free, equal access to quality education for all children – from early learning to secondary education. We work with children, their families, communities, wider society and governments, and advocate at both local and international levels.

Achieving inclusive and quality education for all reaffirms the belief that education is one of the most powerful and proven vehicles for sustainable development.

Quality Education

Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4) is the education goal

By constantly raising awareness on a sustainable lifestyle with the help of our partners, PhoenixEarth Initiative keeps pushing forward key messages to make Mauritius cleaner and greener.

We aim to raise this awareness from children to adults, which is why our campaigns includes several schools in Mauritius.

Freedom Plastics Fablab supports this initiative through the sponsorship of an educational space for young citizens which involve the following schools: Northfields / École du Nord, IPS and Beekrumsing Ramlallah SSS.

The Aim of

Zero Waste Mauritius

is to encourage a zero-waste lifestyle and circular economy in Mauritius. This initiative is promoted by encouraging the re-use, reduce, and recycling of waste.
This cause is supported by an online platform that helps citizens share their interests on circular economy and waste reduction. It helps in raising awareness by making available various educational sessions on waste in schools and youth groups.

Yes No Solutions

a non-profit online platform supports an educational and interactive cause that is managed by Mission Verte and We Recycle NGOs with the aim of promoting a circular economy.
This platform helps NGOs in their next step to reach out to more citizens. It helps in raising awareness and giving information on the existing facilities of the country and Indian Ocean while fostering responsible consumption and debates on environmental issues pertaining to existing packaging on the local territories.
The common goal of this platform is engaged in responsible consumption lifestyle, protecting the environment, contributing to the ocean cleaning, and climate change.

Trash to Music

Artists and NGOs support the project ‘Enn Losean Vivab’ to help reach out in a different way to our collaborators and consumers through practical and cost-effective musical devices with single use packaging redirecting and transforming the “waste” into valuable DIY musical instruments.
This objective helps in spreading out the message on sustainable solutions against waste through different workshops which transforms trash into creative arts. Recycled instrumental tools.
